At expressive arts work we offer sessions to support your development of an art journal practice, a singing practice, a movement practice, or an ART practice of ANY kind that will facilitate your overall happiness and LONG-TERM GROWTH! We conduct sessions in person and via zoom that allow your creativity to emerge and to heal.

I am Bridget Bertrand (she/her) a queer mom, with training in therapy, expressive arts practice, mindfulness, and embodied social justice. I am thrilled to offer expressive arts and mindfulness sessions WORLDWIDE. It is an honor to walk along with my clients and I hope to inspire folks to find their own unique path toward healing. 

Expressive arts work is rooted in somatic healing. I implore you to take the necessary actions to put your community care first. I have shifted to using the idea of community care over self-care, for reasons I would love to discuss with you on a free exploratory phone call.
