This is an experiential and creative exploration of sensuality and pleasure. We will co-create ease as you explore your own space (this is a Zoom class). We will create dance, words, and visual art. Alternatively, you can lie on the floor and breathe. If you would like a sliding scale option, you can Venmo me the amount you can pay.
